Title: Purple Finch - Yellow Variant ?

A female Purple Finch ( bold white head pattern ) showed up at my backyard feeder in Clarkson this morning . Shortly afterwards and for a brief period a Yellow Variant showed up . Not sure if it is a Purple Finch or House Finch Variant . Will try for a photo if it returns .

The House Finches showed up  -  was not a Purple - got excited for a while there .
