Title: Registration Disabled

I have turned off the registration function. I will be away on holidays until early July and therefore unable to activate new registrants.  Rather than create a huge backlog of new users waiting for activation, I thought it best to just prevent people from registering in the first place. Sorry for the inconvenience this will undoubtedly cause.
