While at Queen's Quay (near the ferry docks) I saw 2 Canada? geese with other Canada geese except these 2 had shorter brown necks, a shorter bill and no white patches on face, otherwise were the same. Could these be variants or hybrids?

If it looks something like this, then they're Brant.
