Title: Bronte Red-necked grebes
Post by: Margaret on July 19, 2009, 06:48:23 PM
While the site was down in June  I visited Bronte Harbour and was pleased to note 5 baby grebes between the 2 pairs of nesting grebes on the tires by the Marina Restaurant.
On Tuesday I noted they are growing fast BUT could only see 4.
In June I did not see any swans anywhere in the harbour but this time I saw 2.
And only one tern but lots of swallows.
