Hi guys,
I've made it to Toronto in time for the downpours. It was hard work birding the woods from Michigan to Sudbury - mornings were really the only time birds were calling and could be tracked down. I managed to get a good selection of warblers, sparrows and stuff - probably not anything to write home about for yourselves but seeing, Blackburnian, B&W, Chestnut-sided, Magnolia, Myrtle, Yellow and Mourning in Route 17 picnic sites was good.
We called in at Kelley Lake, Sudbury (as we were passing) and surprised to see a White Pelican in amongst the geese and large flock of mixed waterfowl.

That's a pretty good selection! Welcome to the area -- sorry about the weather. :(
