I'm thinking it's a juvenile Mockingbird, any other suggestions??

Juvenile Mockingbird is a much lighter gray and it has streaking on its breast.

Definitely a Gray Catbird. The first photo is great. :D

Thanks folks, another one that I've never seen before. :)
Hopefully I'll be able to catch an adult sometime this summer before they fly south.

Aside from looking quite ruffled, I don't see anything that suggests this isn't an adult. They are very plain.
Catbirds are closely related to mockingbirds so your first guess was close.

Thank Brian - I was thinking immature since it didn't have the very defined colour characteristics of the adult bird which I thought it was.
Possibly just going through a molt??
