Title: 2 Warblers?

I saw these at the Rosetta McClain Gardens Raptor Watch Sunday.  Does anyone know if they are Warblers, and if so, what kind?

Well the first one's a real head scratcher for me.  I'm thinking first year (female?) Magnolia Warbler.  The second one looks like a Black-throated Green.   (I'm not going to try to guess the age or gender.)
