Title: Presqu'ile Flight of the Shorebirds

Finally had some time to head out there today.  Not a bad start to the fall, but I'm certain there will be many more shorebird filled days to come.

Nice looking flights, we'll be focusing on owls by end of sept, but thats a good thing.

Paul - thank you.  Yes, I think it will be an interesting fall/winter migration this year.  Really happy that I'll have the new lens for it all.

Beautiful shots!

I didn't realize until this summer when I saw my first shore birds  how pretty they were.
Now I'm hooked too!

Can't wait for some more colour to show up at Presqu'ile - should make for some great shooting in the next couple of weeks.
