Title: Roadkill Red Fox
Post by: Bird Brain on September 21, 2009, 04:56:47 PM
Sadly, have been sighting a lot of roadkill lately - raccoons, skunks, squirrels, etc.

Today, heading West along Derry Rd. just past Airport Road was a dead Red Fox.

Unfortunately tonight, saw a dead Canada Goose on the South side of Derry Rd.  Yikes!

I was at the North Fire Hall last night.  Now that was an awesome and interesting 2 hour tour from 7-9pm!   :D  Couldn't believe how close one could get to the taxiway and Rwy 23/5.

Cripes re: Hornet ... my ears are still sore ever since the airshow!   (just kidding)

In regard to all the roadkill, I always feel sad upon seeing this and wish them a safe journey.
