Hi, here are a bunch of birds I'm having trouble identifying. I'll include locations too.
1. Gull with white-tipped bill - Maitland River, Goderich ON

#1 looks like a Herring Gull. I don't know why the bill tip is white.
#2 looks like a Water Pipit
#3 is a Savannah Sparrow
#4 is a Ruby-crowned Kinglet
#5 is probably a female Cowbird based on the profile and the general lack of markings.

I agree with the IDs above.
Number 2 is nowadays called American Pipit, which is the North American race of Buff-bellied Pipit, which became a species when the Water Pipit was split into three different species. See e.g. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Buff-bellied_Pipit (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Buff-bellied_Pipit)
