Seen at Presqu'ile Provincial Park on Thursday.

Nice captures, looks like a Meadowhawk Dragonfly.

That would be a Sympetrum Vicinum:  Autumn (or Yellow-legged) Meadowhawk.

It's also the most likely meadowhawk in October.
