Title: Day of the Starlings

Hi everybody.

Lots of Starlings today!  On way to Niagara Falls ...

QEW, Mountain St. exit ... approx. 800 Starlings with at least another 200 flying in to join them.

A bit further along the QEW, exit 20 Lundy's Lane  ... another 300 Starlings.

On way home, QEW just before Exit 89 Glendale Ave., St. Catharines ... approx. 3,000 Starlings - probably more.  They were everywhere!  It's wonderful seeing them flying around and creating "designs" (patterns/formations) in the sky.

Back in Mississauga at Lake Aquitaine, another 200.

I wonder if anyone has ever mistaken a flock of Starlings for a UFO?   :lol:
