Last Saturday
round noon time or so
on Cummer Avenue
near Yonge
I saw in the sky
several fair size birds
from where I was they appeared darkish
they sort of circles about
dove down a bit
and then they all took off
what a lovely site
they went through the clouds
also, a plane was going by
and really a great site
Could this have been part of
the hawk migration?
NO, they were not black birds
and had quite a wing span
when they spread them out
Egret :D
Course I did not have binos
at the time

Probably migrating Turkey Vultures.

I have been seeing quite a few very dark hawks here in Hamilton that have just arrived. Still no picture on one as they are always on lamp posts over busy roads.
