Gentle walk around accompanied by my dearest (I am her cheapest).
We saw (and a couple of decent shots, mainly identification level only) -
Yellow rumped warblers at water level (nearly, but not quite, got some nice shots)

Very happy to be seeing more stuff - at the speed I walk. I just can't do the slowdown thing, it kills me.

Only the second and third ones I have seen (first being at Col Sam Smith park, where it perched on top of a tree 20ft away, I saw two at Humber Bay).
All three seemed to be remarkably unafraid, great for photography.
a PM from Dave corrected me. The Field Sparrow is an immature white crowned sparrow - many thanks, pretty bird nevertheless.
Happy to be corrected, it's all learning and fun.

I went to humber bay this morning what a great day.. There were plenty of mocking birds.. more than i've every seen in one place.. I think some were young ones, any way as you said they were not timid at all which provided lots of photo ops..
