Hi everyone.
On Saturday, went for a walk around Lake Aquitaine and was surprised to see the following: Blue Jays, Cardinals, Chickadees, Crows, Red-breasted Nuthatches and Robins all together in the same pine tree! Lake-wise, lots of Canada Geese, Mallards and Gulls.
On Sunday, went for a walk around both Lake Aquitaine and Lake Wabukayne. Lake Aquitaine sightings same as above, Lake Wabukayne sightings same as above plus a White-breasted Nuthatch (m.), Downy Woodpecker (f.) and Black Duck (m.)
This whole month, have been seeing and hearing dozens of Red-breasted Nuthatches up here. It was a pleasant surprise on Sunday to finally see the White-breasted Nuthatch back again.
Lots of squirrels digging and running around at both parks.
