As I live in Toronto I am always looking for new birds at the feeder, today for the first time 4 wonderful House Finches showed up 2 male 2 female...along with the usual 30 or so male and female House Sparrows...also 6 Blue Jays, Grackles and crows although the crows have not come close enough for pics...here are a few pics - cheers

I think the House Finch is an underrated bird - very attractive, love the colouring on the male.

Are my eyes playing tricks, I haven't seen you posting much recently. Glad to see your touch is still in play.

thanks Moira....Hey Graham nice to hear from you, I have been checking out your work lots great pics...me I went back to school going to Seneca fulltime now since Sept so not much time for getting out taking Civil Engineering Techician lots of work and tests and math math math lol!!!
anyway have the feeder set up for winter so hope to be posting some good stuff - cheers!

Fabulous pictures, i checked out all of them! my favorite is the goldfinch that looks like he's singing into the plant LOL!
