If you have an IPhone or IPod touch you've got to see this birding app that was just released. I looked through the screenshots and immediately bought it, and WOW is it ever incredible!
It's called "BirdsEye" and it's an app that ties into Cornell's birding logs, allowing you to view hotspots, what birds have recently been spotted in your area, where, and view full info about bird species etc etc... It also helps you track what species you've seen, contains sounds and pictures among other things.
Pretty amazing to say the least, very cool! It's 19.99 in the ITunes App Store, by far the most I've spent on an app yet but it's the ultimate PDA tool for birders, no question.
