Title: Any idea what this is?

Could someone tell me if this is a bird call? An Owl maybe? It was sent to me from a friend. Thanks.

Sounds like our carwash down the street.

Tufted titmice and Golden crowned kinglets or Creepers at the begining of the recording. Not many locations in Ontario have Tufted Titmice.

LOL.....that's the first thing I thought of when I heard it......the sound the blowers make when they fire up at the car wash...  :)
