not much to see at the Spit today, but I did see a Kestrel on my way out of the park.

That's a long walk when there's nothing much to see! Is the van still running the main road? I like the pics, with his puffy chest.

today was one of those days where i was happy just to walk. nice and pretty when you go near the bird tagging station.
apparently there's a great horned owl and, possibly, a saw-whet owl at the Spit
