I found the best and easiest place to take pics of long-tailed ducks.
limited ice in the channel where they swim and you can get relatively close.

Excellent - I have only seen from distance in Cobourg Harbour. Great shots!

Excellent close ups Yogi....another great place to get close ups and in flight pics is Scarborough Bluffs!
