Very cold yesteday day morning, but went out anyaway. A little cold aint going to keep me indoors.

Ducks are beautiful, great job on the action shot of the Kinglet, if you can get these guys in flight your good to go.

Wow, I've never seen Canvasback that close to shore or even on shore for that matter. I was there yesterday too and never noticed it...what time of day were you there?

I was there first thing in the morning from 7:45 to approx 11:30.
When I go out (which is very often) I'm always on location just before the sun is up. I'm always up early.

Great shots - especially the Canvasback - such clarity around the eye.  I too find the GCK very difficult to photo - yours looks like its bouncing on a trampoline - love it!

lol. I was dressed accordingly with a few layers, never want to sweat in those conditions.

I work outdoors all day in the cold, so i guess you could say I'm a little used to it. I only have issues with my hands.
