The Rock Wren was fun... it moves a lot, so it was by luck that I managed to catch it in mid-jump.
There's a lot to shoot at Bosque if the weather is right. It _very_ cold starting the week we were there, approx -10 to -13 most mornings, so all the ponds froze up. It's actually warmed up the last week since we've been back.
Until you know the area, you really don't know what you're going to get around the next corner, but it's likely something.. just have to keep your eyes open.

Great variety of mostly new birds to me. The Rock Wren is my favourite too - great capture!
