Title: I think I goofed

I thought that this was a saw whet but after a trip to Amherst today I think it might be a Boreal . I took the picture last year . Please help .

Thank you . I took the picture last Feb. at Amherst . It was the only owl we found all day and I think most of the owls were gone soon after.
