Title: Downsview Park
Post by: Leslie Kinrys on January 10, 2010, 09:15:55 PM
I've been wanting to explore Downsview Park, but with so much construction I'm not sure what areas I can visit. Does anyone bird there regularly? Where should I park and walk? Thanks in advance for any tips.

Title: redtail near transit road

There's a large redtail that hangs around the east side of Transit Road (in the only tall trees between TR and the Allen EXPW); saw him twice yesterday sitting in a great spot , good thing I DIDN'T have a camera with me or I might have parked illegally to get a shot! Ok, I'm kidding but even my wife, who complains that she never has good views, was quite impressed!
