At Bowmanville Valleys yesterday I had a great look at a pileated woodpecker, a female. Strange how over the course of three years I see one and then in the course of four days I see three... can't complain.
Also enjoyed some good looks at a song sparrow, some red-winged blackbirds, 4 black ducks, 5 cardianls, a kingfisher and another nice surprise, a Northern Pintail.
Cheers
