Title: Halls Road and Whitby Harbour

Good morning:

Tuesday Feb 9, Whitby Harbour ~4 - 5 pm

Northern Harrier - 1 female
Iceland Gull - 3 (1 adult, 1 first winter, 1 2nd winter)
Green-winged Teal - 1 female
Redhead - 1 male
Trumpeter Swan - 10 adults
Note - the gulls were nice and close from the main harbour parking lot

Wednesday Feb 10, Halls Road ~5:00 - 5:30 pm

Northern Harrier - 1 female
possible Merlin - a very poor look in very poor light!
Also ~ 4 White-tailed Deer near the north walkway to Cranberry Marsh

Hi Steve.  Welcome to the forum.

Nice sightings.  Were any of the Trumpeter Swans wing tagged?

I did see a tagged Trumpeter on Lake Ontario (Halls Rd.)

#s 104, 153 and 917 at Pringle Creek in Whitby this afternoon with two other untagged trumpeters.
