Title: What kind of hawk?

Hi can someone tell me what kind of raptor this could be?  Thank you.  Mike.

It appears to be one of the accipiters:  Sharp-shinned or Coopers.  I don't think you can tell from this photo.  They are both small hawks, very similar in appearance.  Sharp-shinned are slightly larger than a Kestral.  Coopers are noticeably larger, but still much smaller than a Red-tail.
