One of the dogwalkers told me there are several RBWP there. I had seen one quite high up at Amherst Island - by the feeders, but couldn't get a picture. I was feeling pretty good after seeing the Pileated and this was certainly icing on the cake! Hey Denis, you need to .... start the car!!

What terrific shots. The texture of the tree complements his markings. We have them coming to the suet feeder quite often. Can usually hear him before he appears on a nearby tree, then over to the feeder.
