Something caught this young deer's attention off in the distance, not sure of what it was. Was part of a herd of 4 deer located on the calf pasture.

I heard they culled the deer from Presquile as part of their efforts at reforestation. I guess they didn't tell all the deer!

It's an ongoing cull that was suspended for 2009 as the park is regenerating itself and the deer are healthy once again.
