Title: Horned Grebes

When I saw my first Horned Grebe this afternoon at Sam Smith Park, I thought it might be an over-wintering bird, but after finding second and third individuals close by, I have to believe they are early migrants.  They were along the outer shore, near the high headland.

Vince & I were there too and saw them.  I believe what we saw was a female.Will post pic shortly.
