Has anyone read the City of Toronto's recent migratory birds study (http://www.toronto.ca/planning/environm ... _small.pdf (http://www.toronto.ca/planning/environment/pdf/migratory_birds_15aug09_small.pdf))? While not a great birder I have kept a record of backyard sightings, and when I finally got around to putting them all on Excel, I was surprised to see a) how many birds I've seen and b) that I should expect to see lots, given where I live (west end near the lake) ie my findings were consistent with the findings of the study. Do other people have similar observations?
