Title: Red-tailed / Rough- legged - with lunch

This guy was enjoying lunch till we came along ... he took off with his catch after a few shots .. I missed a shot with his catch as he took off , straw n all.   Is this by chance a Rough-Legged ?  He doesn't look like the typical Red-tailed.

Here's another shot . "with the tail" .. Attila .. hope this confirms that it's a Redtail.  He just looked different the way he was standing.

Definitely a red tail, just might be a juvie - can't really see much of its tail to make a call on it.
