Taken at Port Credit. It was the only one like this. May be a female Redhead

I think you are right. The bill has a light band above the dark tip, which indicates it is a Redhead.

Hmmm. I don't know, but my guess would be a female Lesser Scaup. They have similar bill markings, but also the white at the base of the bill and the whitish smudge on the cheek. The thin bill nail would be consistent with a Lesser (vs. a Greater) Scaup.

Can female Scaup show this little white at the base of the bill?
But the greyish colouring of the body fits with Scaup and not Redhead so you might be right, Brian.
