The elusive Snowy Owl from Col. Sam Smith Park...  February 13, 2010.  Is this a female or juvenile?

Lucky you ... we've made several trips to Col. Sam looking for it w/o any luck.  Someday (sigh).

Rob ... she's a beauty!  Hopefully she'll be there on Tuesday morning between 9:45-11:15am.  I will be there looking!

I'm with Sue - made several trips and never saw it.  Good catch.

Some friends of ours were down there that same day as me.  They never saw her and left around 11am.  I was there by noon and she was in full view.  I left 90 minutes later and she was still there.  Lucky for me for sure.  I've been down 4 times and I am 2 for 4.  I've not been in a few weeks.  Would she still be around?  I don't know much about Owls of any type.
