Title: Burrowing Owls
Post by: Moira on April 04, 2010, 12:27:35 AM
These tiny little owls were on someone's lawn in a subdivision in Punta Gorda, Florida.  Local audubon society had cordoned off their burrow and had signage up to protect them.

Thank you all.  This was my tenth species of owl seen this season; I was thrilled to say the least.

Beautiful little Owl that always seem to have a "back off" face to them.  :D
