Title: Little Blue Heron or Tri-Coloured Heron

This bird doesn't really look like any in my books, but sounds more like the description of the Little Blue Heron.  Would appreciate someone confirming ID.  Thank you!

Nice photo Moira

It is a textbook adult in breeding plummage Tri-coloured Heron. Little Blues do not have a white belly in their adult plummage. Also the white throat is another ID feature when compared to Little Blue herons dark throat
