Title: Sudbury today
Post by: Napper on April 17, 2010, 07:23:09 PM
Hey!

We made a trip to Sudbury today. We left Balm beach in a snow storm this morning, along the way we spotted a Wild turkey on hwy 12 right in Midland. Further  North an Adult Northern Harrier  Just north of the Hwy 637 turn off (military land).  Closer to Sudbury 4 bears in a clearing along the hwy one mama and 3 cubs. There were many Turkey Vultures soaring above the Hwy.

On the way home we Noticed 2 or 3  GB Herons in the shallow swampy lakes near the road.  When we got back we found 2 turkeys at the edge of the rd
9th concession and Tiny Beaches rd South.

brrrrr its cold up here

Napper:)  in Tiny Twsp.
