Title: Swans at Anderson Pond (Brooklin)

Hello, im a new member, today I saw 2 swans in the pond on Anderson Street in Brooklin I think they might be Mute swans but not sure they both had a kind of red colour on their heads. One of them had a tag showing (C01) the other had a tag but I could not indentify number. Anderson Pond is north of Taunton and south of Winchester (hwy 7) in durham Region

Hi there,

Based on the colour on the neck that you're describing, and the wing-tag, I think you were probably seeing Trumpeter Swans.  Welcome to the boards!
