Post by: jimbo44 on November 18, 2006, 11:14:51 AM
Does anyone know where I may spot wild turkeys in southern Ontario?

There is a group of nine that come to the feeder along the north pathway of Halls Road South in Whitby.  They also hang out in the corn fields and the forest in that area.

Unless you are an American looking to shoot your Thanksgiving dinner... in which case "sorry, I haven't seen any".

Do you mean in the Lynde Shores CA or north of that?  Thanks

Do you mean inside the Lynde Shores Conservation Area or north of Victoria St?

Hall's Road is the west side of Lynde Shores, and is _south_ of Victoria.

I've seen the wild turkeys on the road itself.
