Title: Queens Park today

Tried out Queens Park today took lots of lovely flower pics, only bird of note was a couple of White Throated Sparrows and various birds using a big bird bath..

i especially like your rendition of the starling.exposure is dead on,with great colour,and sharpness.

Lovely shots of the White-Throat and you actually manage to make the Starling attractive :)  very nice colours

Thanks all..the Starling is underated but you have to be lucky and get the right light...

I'm there this Friday to attend a rally against the proposed cuts to pharmacy (www.stopcuts.ca (http://www.stopcuts.ca)).
Its on the main lawn.
where does one normally find the birds?

Just walk around and look...I did not see enough to make the trip again there are better placed in the city for sure...

Thanks Andreas, they certainlly are quite the eye catch...for me though I have not seen many in Toronto the only other place is High Park for me..

Excellent series Robert.  Its great to see the White Throated Sparrows again!
