Hi everyone. Went walking around Lake Wabukayne this afternoon and could hear a Belted Kingfisher whirring away - unfortunately not sighted so not sure if it's a male or female. Lots of male Cardinals singing up a storm and lots of male Red-winged Blackbirds. A few Mallards.
No sign of the male Wood Duck - haven't seen him for quite awhile now. :(
At the moment, lots of construction going on at Lake Wabukayne - all the paved trail areas have been dug up and are currently gravel.
Jo-Anne :)
