Title: Screech Owl
Post by: jjmb on May 03, 2010, 09:38:33 PM
Photo is cropped and zoomed up as I did not want to approach the owl.

I'll try again, this time with Flickr

Maybe I'll have better luck this time.

Very cute!  I assume this is a baby and there is a nest of them?  Thanks Terry

So much for better luck. That didn't work either.

Feel free to cut and paste into your browser.
I have lots of wildlife pictures on Kodakgallery. This is 1 of my albums - the screech owl is the last picture - you can just skip to it.

Whittam, I'm glad you were able to see the post - I wasn't which is why I thought it didn't work.

My guess is that it was an adult. I think it's head size was in line with an adult.

jjmb:  When you post here, the address should look like - http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3321/459 ... 7dcc_o.jpg (http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3321/4590258369_8a13477dcc_o.jpg) (an example from one of mine) - seems you have too much in the address.

Double click on your image in Flikr
Look along the top of the image and select "All Sizes"
Right click on your image and select "Properties"
Copy the address from here

It took me quite a while to get the hang of it, so appreciate your position.

Good luck - look forward to more pictures.
