Title: Need help on this one

Hi Guys,

I think I need an expert on this one. I was out at Second Marsh today and ran across this guy. I've been throught the bird book twice but can't figure out what he is. Here is a link to a photo.

Hi Dave,

What you saw is a Northern Mockingbird. More and more of these birds are in the GTA. Many of them over-winter, here. Hope this helps.

Thanks Leslie, I've really got to get a better bird book. I never realized they wintered around here I always thought they went further south.

Nice photo, I've seen quite a few mockingbirds around these parts lately.
