Title: Thickson's Woods - May 7
Post by: brummiebirder on May 07, 2010, 01:22:52 PM
A decent fallout at the southwest corner of the woodlot from 0900hrs. comprised many R-C Kinglets, Y-R Warblers, Black and Whites and Blackburnians.  Also in fewer numbers, B-T Blues, Palms, B-T Greens, Magnolias, Redstarts and a single Mourning.

Apparantly vehicles are now being ticketed on the road beside the woodlot as it is now deemed a part of the Waterfront Trail so park on Thickson.  None of the signage has changed so I guess it is just another sneaky way for yet another level of government to steal money from us.
