I got lucky on this one. I was taking one of the smaller paths through the shrubs and when it turned I found him sitting right at eye level.
Along with these 'normal' poses I got a few comical ones as well.

North/west at Marie Curtis Park there are dozens on these Yellow Warblers along with many Grey Catbirds. It's a nice spot and I've seen deer, rabbits and Indigo Buntings there as well... all in the open area, near what reminds me of an old artillery firing area.
