Title: Cedar Waxwings, Smythe Park
Post by: JW Mills on June 17, 2010, 10:13:34 PM
There must have been 20 to 30 waxwings present this evening (June17). Most were feeding on the bugs at the ponds. They were acting like flycatchers, sitting on a branch then swooping out to catch a bug and then back to a branch, some amazing aerial displays.
