June 24, 2010 at Carden Alvar:
A least bittern, a purple finch, and too many flycatchers, American goldfinches, tree swallows, red-winged blackbirds to count.
A word of caution: it had rained, and Alvar Road between the T-intersection at Wylie Road and Hwy. 35 was not passable due to the depth of water (we were driving a city car.)
