Looks like he was singing up a storm for you, I cherish every time I get to see one of these guys, so beautiful.

Thanks Moira, Palgrave Conservation area is alive with these guys. They just didn't want to stay still long enough for a great shot. They would flit around and perch just long enough to let out a quick note then take off again.
I'll just have to try for it again.
Nathan, I have never seen one of these birds before. They really are very beautiful, I was so happy I had the chance to see and hear one of them. I wish we had more of them down here.
