welcome back and wow what a great series, absolutely gorgeous captures with great colors and clarity

Hey thanks everyone for your comments.  You know a four year old and a 1 year old are pretty good at taking up your time.  I'm just glad they like to go on hikes and my 4 year old son is getting pretty good at identifying birds.

The green heron was unfortunately in a shaded area and even though it was during the day with lots of sun around i could not get my shutter speed fast enough to get a good clear shot when he snatched that fish out of the water.  Great to see but would have been greater if i got the money shot.

great series! I love the last one with the bass' tail sticking out of his mouth, you can really see the burgandy in the sunlight  :D
