Hopefully the weather will be good...... no rain and clear skies would be great!

I think tomorrow will be the best day for viewing, tonight will be mostly cloudy between 9-11.

Last night was quite clear, managed to get out from 11pm - 12am and counted about 13 meteors.
Of course we had to drive a bit north west of the city to get away from the lights.
It was a beautiful night though.

I went down to Murray Street Park in Grimsby which gives you great views of North,East, South & West and Lake Ontario. I counted 11 Meteors and I also saw Mars, Venus and Saturn.

My grand total: ZERO! :( Checked between 11-11:30pm, 1:30am and 5am - saw nothing.

Saw 23 meteors from Rosetta McClain Gardens on Thursday night. We saw only a few between 9and 11pm. Once the lights in the garden went out at 1130pm,either action got better or we saw more because of less light. Walter and I stayed until 1am. Over the lake was pretty dark so many we saw were quite spectacular. We could also see what we believe was a planet or part of Scorpio? Definetly not my field of expertise. We also saw one satellite. Well worth the try, plus good friends to share with so an all around enjoyable night on a breezy evening(welcome relief).
